Location Overview
Join our team in Amankila. Claiming a breathtaking stretch of coastline on the Lombok Strait, Amankila rests on a lush hillside beneath sacred Mount Agung. Connected by frangipani-lined walkways through the treetops, stilted suites offer spectacular views high on the hillside, while a three-tier infinity pool cascades at the property’s heart and the Beach Club leads to a private black-sand beach.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serv guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Observe and learn from experienced employees to gain knowledge of hotel management and operations.
- Assist in front office operations, including providing service and other daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of service for all guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors.
- Participating in training and development opportunities as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business or Tourism.
- Written and fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-orientated with a strong focus on quality.
- Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to join the ignite program for eighteen months in Amankila, Amandari and Amanjiwo.

- One way flight tickets are covered 100% by the Resort (Amankila, Amandari and Amanjiwo) of the costs incurred if the duration of the ignite is at 18 months, economy class tickets and a maximum baggage allowance of 20 kg.
