We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Rev Ops Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tableau or a comparable BI tool, data analysis, and Sales metrics. Proficiency in Tableau is essential, as the role involves creating insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze Rev Ops data and generate actionable insights to support sales process insights, identifying where improvements are needed across the sales team, and identifying key sales metrics.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or other comparable BI tools to visualize Revenue metrics effectively
Revenue Org Metrics and Insights:
Monitor key Rev Org performance indicators such as pipeline, conversion and close rates, pacing metrics, and workforce productivity.
Present data trends and provide recommendations to improve Revenue Org processes and decision-making.
Collaboration and Support:
Partner with Revenue Org leaders, business managers, and stakeholders tounderstand their data needs and deliver custom reports.
Support Revenue Org projects such as benchmarking, individual manager performance tracking analysis, and pipeline improvement strategies.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Sales data by conducting regular audits and implementing data management best practices.
Process Optimization:
Identify gaps in current Sales reporting structures and recommend visual, strategic, and technical improvements.
Conduct data analysis to support strategic business initiatives to generate key, strategy-driving insights
Technical Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields
2-5 years working in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics supporting Sales organizations
Hands-on experience with Tableau, with the ability to create and manage complex dashboards and reports
Basic SQL querying knowledge, at least 1 year of exposure
Preferred experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like lookups and pivot tables
Excellent communication skills to explain insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Certification in Tableau or comparable BI tools
Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
Experience with Salesforce or other Sales CRM
