Candidates must also be willing to "think outside of the box" when it comes to curricular design and the delivery of best instructional practices in a student-centered culture of learning. Experience in inquiry based instruction and California Common Core Standards is highly preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, and strong organizational skills; The ability to collaborate with other staff in a respectful, professional, and reflective manner; The ability to learn/teach California Common Core Standards, analyze data, and have a foundational understanding of Professional Learning Communities. CPM trained preferable
