Job Summary
Under supervision of the Director, the Program Manager, Research and Evaluation will support in the review and analyses of Local Control and Accountability Plans (LCAPs), charter school renewals and appeals, and other key areas of accountability. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in education policy, research and evaluation, and data-informed decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of California's accountability frameworks, including the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), state and federal accountability requirements, and best practices in continuous improvement. This position plays an important role in supporting educational equity and continuous improvement across the county by advancing high-quality accountability systems for local education agencies across Alameda County.

Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Valid California Multiple Subject, Single Subject or CTE Credential (required)
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
Three (3) years related experience including related experience reviewing and approving Local Control Accountability Plans, charter authorization or other accountability frameworks.

Salary Info
$127,273.77 Starting Salary (7-Steps/MGMT to $157,549.43) In addition to salary: Monthly Master Degree Stipend $1,500/annual | Doctoral Degree Stipend $2,500/annual, if eligible may receive both
