Job Title: Vice President, Controller & Finance Head
Job Duties: Ahlstrom NA Specialty Solution LLC seeks a Vice President, Controller & Finance Head in our Food & Consumer Packaging Division and Wisconsin Cluster in Kaukauna, WI to lead the Division Controlling and Finance Team of WI Cluster. Provide management to support and challenge the business operations, business steering and improved operational performance. Follow manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for the business. Support and participate in key strategic initiatives including investment proposals and their execution, profitability improvement programs, working capital management and M&A activities. Provide estimates and projections and their alignment with business strategy. Ensure the Division, the Business Units and the Wisconsin Cluster execute the business strategy. Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and ensure accurate business analysis of monthly, quarterly and year-end results. Perform forecasting and planning, including estimates, annual plans, and business plans. Lead the Division Controlling team and Finance Team of the Wisconsin Cluster through employee development and mentoring to provide business support. Collaborate with and support the Controllers within Group Controlling, Finance and Treasury organization. Provide support and guidance including challenging as appropriate to strategic sales management, product management and key account management as well as Supply Chain management. Harmonize, update and streamline current month end reporting processes. Ensure that the Division including Business Units and Wisconsin Cluster have an efficient internal control framework in place. Local telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Annual Salary: $265,000.
Minimum Requirements: Requires 12 years of business experience. Must have at least 5 years of specific experience in each of the following: 1) Managing others; 2) Leading a team re-structuring; 3) Providing strategic financial analysis and advice to support business decisions; 4) Leading monthly, quarterly and year-end results closings; 5) Participating in strategic initiatives including investment proposals, profitability improvement programs, working capital management, 6) Forecasting and financial planning; and 7) Serving as a business partner to support leadership and challenge business operations, business steering and improved operational performance.
