Bonny Eagle Adult Education is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator.
The coordinator is responsible for working directly with the Adult Education Director in planning, coordinating and assisting in all activities related to our academic and vocational programs, including career and college advising. Some evenings and travel required.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Adult Education, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in the adult education field preferably as a coordinator
- Experience in curriculum development and instruction desired
- A current and valid Maine 7-12 teaching certification
- Knowledge of Career Pathways, College Transitions and advising non-traditional students a plus
- Current Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) is required.
High level of oral and written communication skills required. Computer proficiency and ability to learn software programs quickly. Ability to coordinate and administer exams and keep accurate student records.
