MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior System Analyst to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and or write material that is mostly standardized for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications, concerned with work methods and procedures, installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipmentStudy and or review drawings, sketches, parts lists, specifications, technical information and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedures and production sequence and detail, organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards and procedures to provide published documentsConduct ship check verification process to include drawing, procedures and technical information for Combat System related equipmentAccess manufacturers' catalogs, drawings and other data relative to operation, maintenance, and service of equipment, may have access to blueprints, sketches, drawings, parts lists, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence and detailOrganize material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminologyMaintain records and files of work and revisions, select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material, assist in laying out material for publication, and arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of materialDraft speeches, articles, and public or employee relations releases, or specialize in writing material regarding work methods and proceduresMinimum Requirements:10+ years of experience in operation and maintenance of Shipboard Combat Systems and their support systems/equipmentExperience using technical manuals and drawings to operate and troubleshoot systems and equipmentExperience conducting planned maintenance on the samePreferred Requirements:CSOSS technical documentation verification experienceSecurity Requirements:US Citizenship required and an Interim Secret clearance to startPhysical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders and stairwells, as well as climb through scuttles aboard shipAbility to read equipment nameplate data and labelsAbility lift 40lbs over your head and carry 25lbs up and down ladders
