Job Details:
Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Long Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM -5:00PM
Pay: $35.00 per hour plus overtime (Negotiable based on experience)

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely data entry of AP vendor invoices per company procedures.
- Weekly processing of all company expense reports.
- Process weekly check run.
- Daily management of AP email inbox.
- Verify accuracy of vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analyzing information
- Vendor relationships
- PC proficiency
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous accounts payable experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus.
