Hybrid Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) Service Provider at The Children’s Village

Position Overview: 

The ITM Service Provider is responsible for providing interventions that support the well-being and safety of youth participating in the campus programming. Services will include Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment as well as Psychosocial Rehabilitation.  The ITM Service Provider will support children in accessing resources that will foster growth and success and will work in collaboration with treatment team to ensure that the needs of the youth/families are being met. Position requires an untraditional schedule, timely documentation, and knowledge of the ITM.

The ITM Service Provider shows dedication and willingness to carry out the functions of the model to best serve the population. The Service Provider is expected to have a nonjudgmental approach that focuses on skill building and basic principles of behavior (reinforcement, extinction, blocking and shaping). The individual in the role is required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents and treatment teams.

Position Qualifications:

Must be computer literate. NYS Valid Driver’s license (preferred). Bacholor’s Degree (preferred). High School diploma or 5 years of residential experience. Ability to work on campus and visit various cottages to provide services to youth in various cottages. Must have access to, and be proficient with computer systems. Ability to navigate campus successfully (geography/communities). Evening and weekend availability. Must Pass Fingerprint/ Background Clearance. Ability to manage time: service provision and timely documentation submission. Knowledge of the Integrated Treatment Model/Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
