PAID MEAL BREAKS

Essential Functions: 

• Trained to assist in the area of Web Roller (JD-36) and Shipping- Weave (JD-56)
• Transports webbing from looms to web rolling stations.
• Roll / Spool webbing into specified roll lengths.
• Inspect and Identify webbing defects.
• Accurately enter job information in VISTA.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a neat and clean work area.
• All Team Members of Sturges shall know and understand all safety, human resource, and quality policies, including the procedures, work instructions applicable to their position, and how their goals relate to the success of the company.

Education & Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Knowledge of applicable measuring devices.
• Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Basic math skills. 
• Strong Team Player.
• Attention to Detail.
• This position is deemed a safety sensitive position always requiring alertness.
• Able to read, write and fluently communicate in English.
