We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented entry-level professional to fill a hybrid role combining Tier One Helpdesk support with Web Specialist responsibilities. This unique position is ideal for someone who enjoys both solving technical issues and supporting digital content and marketing operations. As a Tier One Helpdesk Technician, you'll provide onsite support in response to tickets submitted through our helpdesk system, servicing multiple locations within the Columbus area. As a Web Specialist, you’ll maintain and update our online presence—from website content to digital listings—ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Tier One Helpdesk Support (Approximately 50%):

· Respond to assigned support tickets submitted through the helpdesk system—no phone, walk-in, or email support.

· Provide first-level troubleshooting for technical issues involving computers, software, printers, and basic networking.

· Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and end-user hardware.

· Travel to locations throughout the Columbus area to fulfill ticketed requests.

· Reset user passwords and assist with basic account access issues.

· Document all work performed in the helpdesk ticketing system.

· Escalate unresolved issues to Tier Two support as needed.

· Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during all site visits.

· Web Specialist Duties (Approximately 50%):

· Keep website and listing platforms updated with accurate content, images, and availability.

· Coordinate between design, marketing, and external vendors to execute updates and orders.

· Organize and maintain digital files, templates, and content libraries.

· Monitor web and social presence to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Assist in posting on social media and tagging/responding to online reviews.

· Generate basic reports and summaries of customer feedback.

· Help manage branded merchandise and ensure visual assets are platform-ready.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Entry-level position — no prior professional IT or marketing experience required.

· Basic familiarity with Windows computers and common software applications.

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required for travel in Columbus.

· Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Comfortable working across multiple systems and willing to learn new tools.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
