Job Responsibilities:
- Valid plumbing license and 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and diagnostic tools
- Experience handling warranty service calls and communicating with homeowners
- Ability to document service details and process warranty claims accurately
- Familiarity with service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or varied conditions
- Valid driver’s license and flexible availability for on-call shifts
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
- Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Clean background check.
