Pansophic is seeking a growth-oriented leader to drive strategy, performance, and innovation for all paid media efforts across its business units.  This role will manage the media portfolio and serve as a full-funnel partner to ensure that every dollar spent drives a measurable impact on lead quality, enrollments, and long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the scalable development, execution, and optimization of paid media strategies and processes across business units
  • Adapt and customize media strategies for diverse audiences and markets, balancing performance-driven tactics with brand-building efforts across geographic regions
  • Manage relationships with external agencies executing paid media, ensuring accountability for performance, efficiency, and innovation
  • Leverage analytics and attribution modeling to evaluate campaign performance, improve return on investment (ROI), and refine media mix across channels such as search, social, programmatic, streaming, display, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with SEO partners to align paid and organic strategies for holistic search visibility and conversion impact
  • Partner with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), content creation, influencer marketing, creative, and copywriting teams to ensure all creative assets and messaging are optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with enrollment marketing and nurture teams to ensure paid media drives qualified leads through the full conversion funnel
  • Provide data-driven insights to divisional marketing leaders and executives to guide broader marketing strategy
  • Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and regular reporting to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of emerging advertising platforms, formats, and targeting capabilities, including the impact of AI on search and media buying
  • Identify and test new opportunities to reach and convert target audiences more effectively
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital media strategy and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success managing large media budgets and delivering measurable ROI
  • Experience working with both in-house teams and external agencies
  • Strong knowledge of full-funnel marketing, attribution modeling, and media analytics tools
  • Expertise across major paid media platforms, with a track record of early adoption of emerging channels
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in multi-location or multi-brand environments; education sector experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally

The annual starting salary for this position is between $175,000 – $190,000 annually.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This is a bonus eligible position.
