Position Summary: 

This is a highly clerical position requiring focus and attention to detail.  This position will be responsible for checking orders for accuracy, maintaining an up-to-date log of all accounts, ordering schedule, uploading and confirming orders.  This position will be to communicate with customers via email, text and through various online ordering portals.  This is a full-time on-site position.  

**This position is based out of Phoenix and supports customers in West Valley.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining list of customer accounts and ordering schedules
  • Entering orders to be uploaded for processing.
  • Uploading and confirming receipt of orders. 
  • Checking for accuracy.  
  • Communicating with customers via email, text, and other digital communications. 
  • Working with team members to transition accounts to digital ordering. 
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by direct manager.
  • Escalate Customer service issues to appropriate rep or manager.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel and Office
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
