Job Summary
Aculabs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. You will also perform general clerical duties to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors as required
- Answers phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Investigates and resolves client questions concerns
- Document client interactions within our CRM system
- Develop strong knowledge of our Dispatch System to resolve client inquiries
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a telephone operator and/or customer service representative (Preferred)
