Now Hiring: Full-Time Administrative Assistant - Williamsburg, VA (In Office Only!)

We are growing our team!  Our local home Inspection company is looking for a smart, extremely organized, tech-savvy, self motivated Office Administrator.  Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM.  This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, great with details, excellent phone skills and enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes.

Daily Tasks Include:

Answering busy phones & talking with clients.

Scheduling home inspections & managing the schedules of all field staff.

Handling Office paperwork.

Supporting our marketing and social media team (Bonus points for Canva and AI experience!)

Who You Are:

Comfortable with tech and digital tools.

Friendly, dependable, and organized.

A team player who is not afraid to initiate tasks.
