Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team members.
- Resolve guest conflicts promptly and maintain service excellence.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, health, and safety practices in the dining area.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
- Hire, train, and foster a culture of respect, kindness, and fairness among staff.
- Monitor financial performance, complete reports, and follow cash handling procedures.
