We’re looking for a high-performing, commission-driven Home Sales Consultant to join our team and capitalize on uncapped earning potential in one of our most exciting and fast-growing communities.
What We Are Looking For
- A proven closer: Minimum 2+ years of documented, high-level sales success (leasing agents, real estate, luxury, auto, or consultative sales preferred)
- Competitive, polished, and purpose-driven
- Obsessed with hitting goals and beating your own best
- Exceptional communicator with executive presence
- Fluent in the language of trust, value, and long-term relationships
- Organized, tech-savvy, and independently motivated
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (Lasso, Salesforce, etc.)
Your Mission
- Handle customers from an initial visit through the sales process and closing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate expertise in housing products and the surrounding housing market.
- Manage resident applications, credit checks, and gather documents for submittal.
- Ensuring seamless paperwork flows from sales to underwriting, corporate office, staff, and customers.
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents, emphasizing the features and benefits of our model homes.
- Become an expert on providing the benefits to living in a land lease community
- Utilize proven four-step selling process and objection-handling techniques.
- Establish and manage effective customer follow-up program using our CRM.
- Generating self-marketing leads through networking and community promotion.
- Foster positive relationships with current residents to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the home center manager to maximize sales.
- Promote value of homes and the Roberts Communities lifestyle
- Implement creative strategies to attract more prospects and drive sales.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else, embodying Roberts Communities Core Values.

Key Performance Indicators
- Sell 10+ homes per quarter
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
- Accurately manage paperwork, lending, and compliance
- Maintain high follow-up and conversion rates through CRM
Physical Requirements
- Constantly sit, talk, or hear; Frequently use hands.
- Manual dexterity for handling paperwork and using office equipment.
- Clear vision and hearing for reviewing documents and communicating effectively.
- Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.
