The position is aligned to a regular business-hour and requires 24/7 availability for critical incident response and escalations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, vendor coordination skills, and a proactive approach to network reliability and performance.%3Cbr%3E%3Cbr%3EKey Responsibilities:%3Cbr%3EDesign, configure, and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple locations.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EImplement and manage load balancing solutions to optimize traffic and ensure application performance.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EAdminister next-generation firewalls and VPN solutions for secure remote and site-to-site connectivity%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EMaintain and troubleshoot wireless network environments to ensure continuous access and minimal interference.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3ESupport network authentication and access control systems (e.g., RADIUS, multi-factor solutions).%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EOversee public and private DNS configurations, IP address management, and DHCP services.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3ECollaborate with external vendors to drive resolution of incidents (INCs) and service issues.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance using industry-standard monitoring tools.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EDocument network architecture, standards, and changes to maintain system integrity.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EParticipate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EIdentify opportunities for network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.).%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EEnsure compliance with network security best practices and corporate policies.%3Cbr%3ETechnical Skills %26amp; Tools (Generalized):%3Cbr%3EStrong knowledge of routing %26amp; switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, NAT, STP)%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EExperience with enterprise-grade firewalls, load balancers, and VPN platforms%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EFamiliarity with cloud-managed networking platforms and wireless infrastructure%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EExpertise in IP address management, DNS/DHCP, and authentication systems%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3EHands-on use of network monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation tools%3Cbr%3E%3Cbr%3EPreferred Certifications ( good to have ):%3Cbr%3ECCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)%3Cbr%3EPCNSE / NSE / or similar firewall certifications%3Cbr%3ERelevant networking, security, or cloud certifications%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E
