  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and welcoming approach
  • At least one year of prior experience in a front office supervisory role (preferred)
  • Flexibility to adapt to various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
