About the Role
We’re hiring our first account executive to help scale Conversion’s go-to-market from the ground up.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, working closely with founders, product, and growth to identify and close high-intent leads. You’ll talk directly to marketers and growth leaders at some of the most ambitious companies in the world. You’ll help them understand how Conversion can streamline their entire stack and make every campaign more effective.
You’ll be a key early GTM hire and have significant input into our sales playbook, process, and customer experience.
This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
Own and close full-cycle deals across startups and mid-market accounts
Run high-quality demos that clearly show Conversion’s value
Prospect new leads and work qualified inbound opportunities
Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions to prospect needs
Help shape sales collateral and early process, tools, and systems
Surface feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally at an early-stage startup
Have sold products in the $5K–$50K range and managed a fast-paced sales cycle
Are comfortable running demos and explaining technical workflows
Are excited to prospect, write cold emails, and build pipeline from scratch
Thrive in a startup environment where you have ownership and autonomy
Enjoy collaborating with product, growth, and design teams to win deals
