Hybrid Volleyball Coach - Boys (Grades 6-8) at Byron Union School District

The Byron Union School District is a TK - 8 district located in Byron, CA with approximately 1,200 students and 180+ staff members, with two elementary schools and one middle school serving the communities of Byron and Discovery Bay. The district also offers an independent study program (Byron Institute of Independent Study) serving grades K-8. Under the general supervision of the Principal and/or Athletic Director, the athletic coach will perform all duties as they pertain to the position, including but not limited to the essential functions listed in the job description.

Must possess or eligble to obtain the following certifications: - High school diploma or GED (required) - Previous coaching experience (preferred) - CPR/First Aid (Ability to obtain certification) - Fundamentals of Coaching-NFHS (ability to obtain certification) - Concussion In Sports-NFHS (ability to obtain certification) - Sudden Cardiac Arrest-NFHS (ability to obtain certification)

Must be available during after school ours for practices and games (3:00PM - 6:00PM)
