Job Description:
Grand Villa of Clearwater is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team for the second shift. This position is essential in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to the nursing staff
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Participate in training and development programs as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
