Are you passionate about equality and justice in the workplace? Do you want to be part of a dynamic legal team fighting for fair pay? We’re looking for a dedicated Employment Rights Paralegal to join our Equal Pay Team, supporting solicitors on high-profile, multi-client mass claims.
As a Paralegal in our Equal Pay Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the legal process for large-scale equal pay litigation. You’ll assist with case preparation, client communication, legal research, and document management—helping to ensure that every client receives the justice they deserve.
The role...
In this role, you will support solicitors with managing large volumes of equal pay claims. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents and correspondence, maintaining accurate case files and databases, liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties, conducting legal research, and contributing to case strategy. You will also assist with hearing preparation and logistics.
Who we are looking for...
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, legal experience ideally in employment law or litigation, and a law degree or equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. It would be advantageous to have familiarity with equal pay legislation or group litigation, completion of LPC/SQE, and experience with document review platforms or large datasets.
This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team committed to equality and access to justice. You will gain hands-on experience in high-impact legal work and work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
