The primary role of the Arts Instructor is to provide students with unparalleled nurturing, fun, and dynamic arts educational experience. The Arts Instructor, in collaboration with Arts Coordinator and Director of Community Engagement, helps to develop innovative lesson plans featuring a universal design for learning lens (UDL) with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) touchpoints. Arts Instructors act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors. Arts Instructors must be genuinely interested in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for the students they teach. Ensuring that Think Together students reach their potential takes tremendous hard work, flexibility, and commitment.

Requirements / Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate pool of Arts Accelerator Instructors in the following arts disciplines:
Arts & Enterprise (Branding, Business Development, Design, Event Planning, Leadership, Marketing)
Ballet Folklorico
Dance
Filmmaking
Music
Mariachi
• BA candidates or recent High School graduates with experience in one or more of the arts disciplines mentioned above
OR
• Candidates that have 2+ years of practical/professional experience in their chosen arts concentration are strongly encouraged to apply
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
1+ years of experience facilitating arts education for grades K-6, highly preferred
