Hybrid 2025-2026 Part-Time Paraprofessionals - Ben Franklin and George Washington Middle Schools at Ridgewood Public Schools

Experience working with children ages 10-14 years old with diverse learning, communication, and behavioral needs

Capable and willing to assist students' physical needs, personal care and daily living activities, as needed

Ability to implement strategies to support positive student behavior and foster engagement

Willingness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, including classroom teachers, Child Study Team, BCBA, and related service providers (OT, Speech, PT)

Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members, both verbally and in writing

Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment

Must meet criminal background check

General or Special Education Paraprofessional - $21,215.00 per year

ABA Non-Certified Paraprofessional - $24,455.00 per year

ABA Certified Paraprofessional - $28,257.00 per year
