Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs routine and project cleaning of assigned classrooms, office areas, meeting rooms, corridors, lavatories, and locker rooms.
Completes set-ups and take downs of chairs, tables, and heavy or bulky equipment as directed
Cleans up and santizes after accidents or illness
Assists in cleaning and monitoring boilers, vents, and air handling equipment.
Maintains and properly stores tools and equipment.
Follows all security measures when opening or closing a facility.
The wage for this position ranges from $24.26 to $25.67 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $24.26 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school diploma or equivalent -Pool license preferred or ability to obtain one -Boiler license preferred or ability to obtain one -Ability to collaborate effectively with a team. -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. -Mechanical aptitude for performing and learning repair work. -Custodial experience preferred, training will be provided.
