| RATE OF PAY: | The wage for this position ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $21.00 per hour. However, candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $21.70 per hour. For those with direct experience in this specific role, the starting rate may exceed $21.70 per hour, depending on their qualifications and experience. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget. |

| QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED / PREFERRED: | Required:- Two years of post secondary education with a minimum of 60 credits.
Preferred: - Experience working with diverse student group.
- Strong communications skills.
