 What We Need from You:

  • Guide your management team to achieve employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence.
  • Be comfortable standing and moving throughout most of your shift.
  • Operate restaurant tools and technology, including headsets, registers, and grills.
  • Follow brand guidelines to prepare quality food, deliver exceptional service, and ensure a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
  • Ability to travel to your home store and occasionally to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) for training and operational needs.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
