·Provides various administrative clinical support services (admissions, scheduling, ensures applicable legal/ethical/compliance documents are obtained and signed by appropriate parties).
·Meets and exceeds the standards of patient care and safety:
·Consistently monitors patient activity and collects and documents patient data according to unit standards.
·Proficiently identifies escalating behaviors/signs and symptoms in patients and immediately notifies Intake Staff
·Demonstrates the ability to provide breathalyzer testing and vital sign checks per entity protocol
·Maintains and provides service recovery efforts
·Collects and inventories patient belongings per unit standards
·Completes unit tasks as needed (i.e. making charts, breaking down charts, copying and faxing)
·Maintains daily Epic work queue
