- Key contact for operational inventory control and follow ups
- Key resource for cycle count execution
- Ensures execution of daily PMZ , MO printing and review
- Tracks repeat issues and works with supervisors and leads to prevent them
- Support requests for data validation from other functions (R&D, accounting, etc.)
- Work cross functionally to ensure pick process is successfully executed
- Work with departments to ensure successful end of shift reconciliation is in place
- Verify follow ups are conducted timely on inventory discrepancies
- Drive improvements in the ERP execution through bringing forward both system and execution issues to the correct groups
- Provide/Coordinate training for TMs with new Factory Track or M3 responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge understanding USDA, QA and HACCP rules.
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
