We’re looking for a Senior Associate Attorney who thrives on complex cases, values client relationships, and is ready to lead with excellence.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Associate, you’ll:
Lead all phases of family law cases—from strategy to resolution
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
Mentor junior attorneys and guide paralegals
Prepare and review filings, legal documents, and client communications
Collaborate on complex legal issues with the team
Maintain high standards of organization, tech utilization, and compliance
What You Bring
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed in California
7+ years of Family Law experience, including extensive litigation
Strong record of courtroom success and client advocacy
Excellent communicator—both written and verbal
Tech-savvy and comfortable using case management tools
Calm under pressure, ethical, and assertive in the courtroom

This Role Is Not for You If:
You are not currently licensed to practice law in California.
You have fewer than 7 years of family law experience, including courtroom litigation.
You prefer to avoid emotionally complex cases or direct client engagement.
You struggle with meeting deadlines, following protocols, or maintaining proper case documentation.
You are uncomfortable working in a collaborative environment with team oversight.
You are not interested in mentoring junior attorneys or supporting firm-wide growth.
