Headquartered in San Diego, Elite Security & Staffing provides security guards and event staff to facilities and events primarily in the California & Tennessee markets. Facilities under contract include stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, convention centers, universities, office buildings, residential communities, retail establishments and hundreds of other facilities where people live, work and play. We pride ourselves on the great relationships that we have built with our customers during the decades we have served them and are now working to expand our customer base.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to help Elite Security & Staffing grow our business while gaining experience for a career in sales. Succeeding in this position provides an opportunity for advancement in the company.

The Sales Administrator role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to enable the sales team to focus on driving revenue and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • · Prepare and manage sales proposals, agreements, and other client-facing documents.
  • · Process and manage sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • · Maintain and update CRM records to ensure all contact and company records are accurately maintained.
  • · Maintain project/task management platforms, such as Sales Force, HubSpot, and Monday.com.
  • · Coordinate with inside and outside sales teams to facilitate communication and support sales efforts.
  • · Prepare and distribute sales reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • · Maintain organized records of corporate accounts and sales activities to support strategic planning.
  • · Maintain company social media platforms and company digital newsletter.

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is highly preferred.
  • · Minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a corporate setting.
  • · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • · Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • · Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
  • · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • · Strong Administrative skills and tech-savvy with data entry, forms, and systems.

Starting Salary Range from $21.00 - $23.00 hourly

Our offices are in Mission Valley with plenty of free parking. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, working regular business hours Monday through Friday.
