A growing health clinic is seeking a Nurse Manager that ensures quality patient care in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager works closely and with the practice managers, model, providing clinical oversight and supervision for nurses. Signing Bonus. Live in the Sacramento area. 

· Supervise a team of RNs and LVNs.

· Staff development needs and plan ongoing education programs, in collaboration with practice managers and other roles as needed

· Ensure that nursing staff meet both safety/risk management standards and legal/regulatory requirements.

· Interact in a collaborative way with physician, nurse practitioner and staff of own clinic, other practices and clinics, and other ancillary services and administrative departments.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

· California Licensed required as a Registered Nurse

· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. MSN preferred

· Previous experience in clinic setting.

· Current CPR and BLS Certification.
