What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor Design Engineers and Technicians
- Deliver temporary works designs that are fast, economic, and safe
- Communicate build solutions clearly—through drawings, reports, and sequences
- Collaborate across teams to ensure practical, buildable solutions
- Explore new techniques and share innovations with peers
What You Will Bring
- Chartered Engineer (IStructE or similar)
- Strong expertise in structural and geotechnical design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software (e.g. Robot, Wallap)
- Clear communicator and confident leader
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration
