We are recruiting a Brokerage Coordinator to enhance our overall customer experience.
The successful candidate will ensure that all Brokerage Waste services are delivered seamlessly on time, within budget and with a customer centric approach in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all communications from customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare, issue quotations and process orders for skip and metal services.
- Coordinate deliveries, exchanges, and collections, providing customers with regular updates on timelines.
- Monitor and follow up on slow-moving containers to optimize usage and maximize revenue.
- Liaise with vendors to amend service requirements where applicable.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the setup and rollout of new sites, ensuring delivery within SLA and budget.
- Conduct professional onboarding calls to outline service timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
- Accurately coordinate site closures, including the removal of metal containers and skips.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve customer queries and complaints with a customer-focused approach; escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the brokerage department.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding support and first-time resolution of customer queries.
- Highly customer-focused, with a friendly and professional demeanour and a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with individuals at all levels via phone and email.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors while managing expectations and maintaining rapport.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, adopting a proactive and “can-do” attitude when addressing challenges.
