The Electronic Production Technician is responsible for preparing computers and supporting hardware for our customers. The technician will set up, configure, and test Point-of-Sale (POS) stations for centers purchasing new hardware.
Hours:
15 - 25 hours per week
Essential Functions
Unbox and assemble computer hardware for deployment.
Image computers using standardized processes and software tools.
Install point-of-sale (POS) software and ensure proper configuration.
Install and update necessary hardware drivers.
Configure Wi-Fi and network settings for connectivity and performance.
Other duties assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The position will not have direct reports.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong background with Microsoft Windows.
Experience with Imaging software preferred.
Experience with Software installation preferred.
