Summary:

The Senior Fragrance Development Evaluator shapes fragrance innovation, ensuring market-leading creations that resonate with consumers. They collaborate with Perfumery, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive success, streamline processes, and maximize client adoption. By leveraging market intelligence, they guide strategic decisions, strengthen brand differentiation, and foster high-performance teams through mentorship and continuous improvement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead fragrance projects across various categories, ensuring each creation aligns with consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Perfumery, Sales, Applications and Marketing teams to optimize fragrance solutions, ensure timely project delivery and increased client adoption.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, translating business objectives into fragrance strategies.
  • Analyze fragrance trends and competitive insights to inform development decisions.
  • Engage with teams to foster creativity and innovation.
  • Utilize the fragrance library to streamline development processes and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations to attract and onboard top-tier Evaluation talent.
  • Deliver comprehensive project summaries, tracking win rates and fragrance performance.
  • Mentor fellow Evaluators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Work with Marketing and Creative teams to expand proactive fragrance development pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Evaluators and Marketing to strengthen Lebermuth’s E-Commerce presence.
  • Develop and administer fragrance training programs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance evaluation methodologies and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and collaborative meetings to develop breakthrough fragrance solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assisting with cleaning and sanitation throughout production areas 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct overall management of the Evaluation team with KPI’s.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in fragrance-related sciences or a complementary field.

Experience: 7–10+ years of fragrance evaluation experience.

Technology Aptitude/Skills:

Ability to expand and optimize fragrance portfolios.

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, onsite with occasional remote work
