Job Qualification
- Education Level : B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics
- Experience : 7+ Years in the Manufacturing Industry
- Language Skill : Proficient in English
- Computer Skill : MS-Office
Job Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts; responsible for planning production activities during the shift.
- Creative, with the ability to use modern technology in the production process.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards.
- Maintain documents as per the Quality Management System.
- Good knowledge of TPM implementation and execution on the shop floor.
- Handle grievances and day-to-day concerns of operators; act as a mediator between shop floor operators and management when required.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the assigned work area as per 5S norms.
- Conduct audits of the respective work area, maintain records, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Review 5S audit reports issued by central 5S auditors; take appropriate action to close non-conformities and provide evidence to auditors.
- Awareness of electrical systems (PLC systems, robotic systems).
- Basic mechanical knowledge (solenoid valve, pneumatic cylinder) for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with gauges, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Visio, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, label software, and MES systems.
