The Windsor Court is seeking a reliable and organized Engineering Coordinator with basic accounting or bookkeeping experience to support the hotel's maintenance operations and assist with tracking expenses and invoices. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable balancing hands-on coordination with light office and accounting tasks. 


Responsibilities:


Maintenance Support:

  • Schedule preventive maintenance and repair work for hotel facilities and equipment.
  • Log and track work orders and service requests using hotel systems.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when needed. 
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
  • Monitor supply inventory and assist with reordering tools, materials, and parts.

Accounting/Clerical Tasks:

  • Collect and organize maintenance receipts, invoices, and purchase orders. 
  • Input and track maintenance-related costs in spreadsheets or accounting software.
  • Assist with coding and submitting vendor invoices for processing.
  • Maintain organized financial records for maintenance operations. 
  • Support monthly reporting and budget tracking for the maintenance department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance, facilities, or administrative support role.
  • Basic experience in accounting or bookkeeping (invoicing, expense tracking, etc.).
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic accounting tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to manage time well and work independently.
  • Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred. 
  • Basic knowledge of hotel systems like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.   
  • Mainly office-based, but some work in hotel back-of-house or maintenance areas.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and climb stairs as needed.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
