We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and support integrated programming for children and families within our CFCBS Division.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Program Manager, you will provide comprehensive leadership and oversight for multiple programs serving children and families. You’ll be responsible for both the clinical and operational performance of these services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and impact across all areas.

• Ensure program services meet performance expectations and funder requirements

• Use data to inform client care strategies and improve outcomes

• Oversee the performance, development, and supervision of Program Directors and supervisory staff

• Monitor staffing levels and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies

• Lead the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures

• Create and manage annual budgets and adjust operations as needed

• Ensure full compliance with BHN policies, the BHN Code of Conduct, and relevant regulatory standards

• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with community partners and other BHN programs

• Guide the design and development of new programs and funding opportunities

• Ensure all staff receive appropriate training and support

Who You Are

• You have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

• You have at least five (5) years of supervisory and program management experience in community-based behavioral health or human services

• You have a strong background in developing and managing programs for children and families

• You are experienced in integrating services and collaborating with external agencies

• You are data-informed and comfortable using metrics to drive service improvements

• You are a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and committed to inclusive leadership

• You are proficient in technology and agency systems, and open to innovation

• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
