Your role
The role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AM Tech function and covers multiple dimensions incl. the strategy and operating model of overall AM Tech function, our Technology target architecture and application landscape, new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and how we can apply them effectively, while shift towards a scalable future setup. For this, we’re looking for a Strategy and Transformation Manager to:
• support, challenge and enhance AM Tech Transformation activities to successfully deliver against plan
• develop and articulate a clear and compelling AM Tech target operating model aligned with our AM Business and GOTO objectives
• develop holistic performance and governance framework for our AM Tech function in close collaboration with our AM Tech CBO to continuously improve our strategic financial, change, risk, people and organization management
• detail, plan and mobilize AM Tech strategy and transformation roadmap beyond CSAM integration in close collaboration with AM Business
• define strategic planning and mobilization activities for the AM target operating model and AM Tech architecture in close collaboration with the wider organization
• support holistic AI strategy for AM in close collaboration with our AM Tech CTO and AI CoE
• regularly prepare, review and syndicate materials required for various stakeholder meetings working closely with the AM Tech management
• systematically monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and engage with vendors to identify opportunities for UBS AM growth and differentiation by Technology
• coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure AM Tech initiatives are effectively integrated and aligned with overall strategies.
• manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• foster a culture of innovation, digitalization, collaboration, and excellence, and be a culture carrier for key UBS Principles and Behaviors
