We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer, Computer III (EC3) to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering tasks related to the development, integration, and support of computer-based systems for Navy Electronic Warfare applications.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of software and hardware systems in support of EW platforms.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance and software anomalies, recommending corrective actions and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, interface descriptions, and testing procedures.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to integrate software and hardware solutions within larger EW system architectures.
- Participate in technical meetings, briefings, and reviews with internal teams and government customers.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging computer engineering technologies applicable to defense-related systems.
Qualifications:
Experience/Skills
· 7 years professional engineering experience - Required
· 4 years relevant experience support Navy Electronic Warfare Systems - Desired
· Education. Engineering or Computer Science degree from an accredited University – Required
· Security Clearance Required: Secret
· Performance Location. Contractor Site (within 50 miles of NSWC Crane Division)
