You'll operate as the closer in our proven canvasser model, handling both warm leads and developing new opportunities through direct neighborhood engagement. This isn't entry-level salesβwe hire experienced professionals who can deliver results across multiple prospecting channels.
Your Responsibilities
π― LEAD CONVERSION β Convert high-quality leads generated by our R3 system and marketing team into signed contracts.
πͺ DOOR-TO-DOOR PROSPECTING β Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing to develop additional opportunities and maximize territory penetration.
β‘ RAPID RESPONSE β Execute inspections and sales presentations within 48 hours of lead assignment.
πΌ RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT β Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
π TARGET ACHIEVEMENT β Consistently exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, presentations, and closing techniques.
