Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Teams Telephony Analyst (Senior) to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade telephony solutions within Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and enterprise telephony architecture. This role will support the full lifecycle of telephony within Microsoft Teams, from strategic planning and design to implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade telephony solutions within Microsoft Teams.
- Lead strategic planning and design for Microsoft Teams Phone System.
- Implement, optimize, and provide ongoing support for Direct Routing and Operator Connect.
- Configure and manage Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to ensure seamless telephony integration.
- Develop and maintain enterprise telephony architecture.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure telephony solutions align with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex telephony-related issues within Microsoft Teams.
- Generate detailed reports on telephony performance, usage, and optimization.
Requirements:
- Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in telephony, with specific experience in Microsoft Teams Telephony.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.
- Extensive experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and enterprise telephony architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with strategic planning and design of enterprise telephony solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
