What’s attractive about the Production Associate position?
- 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) + 6:00 AM - 10:00AM (Friday, as needed)
- No Weekends
What Success Looks Like:
- Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
- Monitors product to ensure quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards.
- Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
- Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes production reports and other documentation.
- Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
- Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.
What You Bring:
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred.
- Manual finger dexterity skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
The started hourly rate falls within a range of $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities.
