Why this role is important:
The Firm is seeking a marketing & brand professional to join the Investor Solutions Group. This person will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for supporting capital raising efforts, elevating the Harrison Street brand and responsible for supporting team objectives. This role will develop relationships with people across the organization including transactions, asset management and portfolio management and will work together to meet client requests.
For Illinois Only: The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may vary based on a number of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring and engagement
Manage and assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, presentations, and digital assets
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and best practices
Support email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation and performance analysis
Coordinate logistics for regional annual meetings and other promotional activities
Coordinate and assist in the planning of quarterly webinars
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Assist with investor portal maintenance and enhancements
Create and maintain marketing materials using PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign as needed to support the team’s goals
Reqirements:
3+ years of experience in finance, real estate, investment management or related industry
Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy
Exceptional project and time management skills
Highly organized, proactive and resourceful
Strong team player with ability to independently manage a full workload and respond to shifting priorities
Required proficiency in Powerpoint and Word
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Strong working knowledge of adobe creative cloud is a plus
