We are seeking a dedicated Contract Manager to oversee a single high-profile security site in Aurora, Colorado. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising security personnel, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring full compliance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with our field and administrative teams.
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Shifts: Primarily Monday–Friday, with on-call availability required for urgent matters
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the assigned client location, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance with contract terms.
Personnel Supervision: Directly manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, training, performance coaching, and corrective actions.
Client Interface: Act as the primary liaison between the client and Citadel Security USA to maintain satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
Scheduling & Staffing: Ensure full site coverage by coordinating schedules and addressing call-offs or coverage gaps.
Compliance Oversight: Enforce post orders, company policies, safety standards, and all regulatory requirements.
Incident Management: Respond to security or operational issues as they arise and document events appropriately.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of attendance, incident reports, client requests, and other operational records.
Team Support: Collaborate with company departments such as HR, Payroll, and Recruiting to support smooth operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of security industry experience required; 6+ months in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
Age: Must be 21 years or older.
License: Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; reliable transportation required.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Communication: Professional demeanor and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Technology: Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and mobile apps.
Availability: Must be on-call and responsive to after-hours issues when needed.
Certification: Denver Merchant Guard Card (must be valid and in good standing).
