What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate for Success: Partner with the General Manager and Sales teams to align strategies, meet revenue goals, and support group accounts.
- Lead and Empower Teams: Inspire and develop associates through hands-on leadership, effective coaching, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maximize Profitability: Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
- Uphold Safety and Standards: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate safety policies, while maintaining a clean and secure environment for guests and staff.
What You’ll Bring:
- Leadership Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, including F&B oversight, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a focus on long-term success.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
