NOC - On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Neighborhood Nurse

Overnights 11:00pm - 7:30am

• On-Call Requirement = minimum of three (3) shifts per month

one (1) shift must be a Saturday or Sunday
one (1) Holiday per year

Wage Range: $36.21-42.90, we honor based on years of relevant experience

Job description:

As a Neighborhood Nurse (RN) at Samaritan Bethany, you will:

• Provide resident-directed care through administration of medications and treatments for residents
• Input and update provider orders into the electronic medical record
• Assess resident during acute concerns, falls, skin injuries, etc.
• Provide professional communication for resident clinical care needs
• Supervise direct care staff during your shift
• Make changes to direct care staff schedule as needed to ensure safe resident care

Requirements:

• Must have a MN RN License and be in active/good standing
• CPR Certification
